The passenger lift will be closed on Tuesday 15th and Wednesday 16th March 2022. During this time, the planned maintenance and replacement of worn parts of the passenger lift will be carried out.

FROM JANUARY 2022 HOUSE CLEANING EVERY WEDNESDAY (UNTIL NOW TUESDAY)
From January 2022, regular weekly cleaning of common areas will be carried out every WEDNESDAY morning (until now it was Tuesday). Please allow proper cleaning of the corridors of the house and remove mats and other objects from the corridors of the house during this period.

ADDITION OF CAMERAS TO THE CORRIDORS OF THE COMMON AREAS OF THE HOUSE
Based on the agreed proposal of the Owners' Association dated 30 September 2021, the installation of adding cameras to the corridors of the common areas of the house will begin on 15 November 2021.With regard to the principles of the GDPR Regulation, the areas of entry into the dwellings will be unmasked and the extent of this raster will be individually consulted with the affected owners, if necessary.

PEST CONTROL
Due to the repeated occurrence of rodents near garbage cans and in the facade around the entrance to the car lift, re-deratization is taking place in these areas. Rodents do not have access to other common areas in the house. The prevention of rodents entering the mentioned unsecured places is also being addressed.
